Positive: The location is excellent. It is walking distance from tramway, Taksim Funicular and Kabatas ferry terminal. We loved the big living/ Dinning room with Bosporus view The building had an elevator الموقع ممتاز قريب من الترام و قطار تسقيم و محطة البواخر . غرفة الجلوس كبيرة و مطلة على البسفور. العمارة فيها مصعد Negative: The apartment needs serious cleaning and renovation The bathrooms have broken parts, dirty corners, stained walls and worn out mats The lights fixtures are dirty The kitchen counter top is cracked and drawers are dirty. The posted pictures are not accurate الشقة ينقصها النظافة و الاهتمام. الحمامات : فيها اجزاء مكسورة او لا تعمل . الدعاسات مهترئة . الجدار غير نظيف المطبخ غير نظيف الإضاءات وسخة المخدات مهترئة مفروشات غرفة الجلوس قديمة و غير متناسقة الصور المعروضة غير دقيقة
